40 seems awfully young to be having one.
My son has a friend who has suffered from seizures. He had one on one occasion when he was at our place. My wife was freaking out! My son was there to calm her down.If she has a stroke, I can probably deal with it better than the young fellers.

Bernie from Seeking Sister Wives had a heart attack at 41. I know two ladies that had strokes at 38. In my opinion it’s about health.
Seizures can be scary. My dad had countless seizures, when I was a kid I could almost sense when he was going to have one. My mom taught us get him on his side, stay calm and expect to be hit.

Good grief! How much did that guy weigh? 41!!! Waaayyyy too young to die! I know here in Texas, AC is a must have. I would think the same would apply in Mississippi.
It would only apply, if you intend to only have one wife. As long as at least one of your wives understands the signs of a stroke, I see no reason to leave them young women (not girls mind you) alone.
