Computers, smartphones, Internet accounts?

Just another question about practical matters from a bachelor here. I suppose it's kind of a continuation of the question I asked about shared vs separate bank accounts some time back, but these new questions just occurred to me recently:

Should man and wife share their smartphone/laptop/desktop passwords?

Should they log in as the same user or separate users on desktop?

What about email, Amazon, social media passwords? Should they just have a single combined account?

What if another wife comes onboard, does that change anything?

In a monogamy-idealist context it would make sense for husband and wife to both be able to view the other's text/DM history to hold each other accountable for cheating, but in a polygyny/patriarchal context, should the accountability only be unilateral?

No. If my wife needs my password to trust me, then she will never trust me. Never mind the fact I don't trust any device she has to not be compromised, and I am certainly not giving her access to my password manager, especially since she uses the same password everywhere and will open any attachment anyone sends her...

What about email

No. This would violate my current and future NDAs I have.

Amazon has built-in methods of sharing your prime and digital libraries with family; why would we share one account?

That doesn't make sense at all. If you can't trust your spouse, why are you with them?

Emotional adultery is a thing that isn’t recognized very often.
I believe that a man should retain the right to check communication, even if he never does it.

This is a subject that really is for each family to figure out what works for them. I do agree that the mindset "we share all accounts so nothing will make us stumble" SEEMS good but it is based in distrust which only cracks the door for the Enemy to bring it fully into your minds regarding each other. For us, we have individual accounts, but my husband knows all my information regarding them.

Who exactly is in charge here? The man or the woman/women?

I don't have an issue with my wife having access to all my devices.

A new wife would get there in time or she is not the right woman for the family and I have made a mistake.

If my family shared Amazon, and YouTube accounts then the recommendation algorithm would be completely confused.

You should see the odd mix of lectures, debates, children's stories, painting tutorials, tonnes or news/politics/financial analysis, vastly desperate types of music, recipes, Victorian home restoration, geomagnetic excursion, crafting, prepper shenanigans, bloody cute animals and about three dozen other things blah blah blah that come up in my feed.
The televisions are logged on to my YouTube account. So all of the family uses them, plus I use it on my phone rather a lot while working. It is such a confused mixed bag that I never know what will be recommended bit at least it is easy for me to know who is the target audience if not me.

Could be worse
