This is at least the second consecutive parsha in which the Author makes a Big, even 'primary,' Deal about His Sabbaths. That will no doubt upset some who prefer the 'traditions of men' to "change times and seasons," but they won't listen or want to even read about that anyway.
Which is fine, because there is much more in this midrash that will upset those who are offended by any criticism of You-Know-What than just His Sabbath, important as He makes that clear.
Interesting, though, that He again puts His Sabbath right up front. And then it has to do with building, as opposed to destroying (like we see write SO large in the anti-Yah world today) and what is required. Hint: it's far more than being a 'cheerful fiat giver to the tax-deductible building fund.
Building His work brings people together. IF they are "willing-hearted."
