Exodus 21:2-6 and serial monogamy

I think exodus 21:2-6 would allow a woman to practice premeditated serial monogamy without sinning. It seems to me that a divorce without valid reason is a sin but the man could just decide to serve only six years. After the six years is over it seems he can just leave his wife without anything negative said about such a choice as though it is not a sin. It seems to me that they would no longer be married so the woman could marry another man.

Now let's say a woman was what is called a cougar today. Could she have used this technicality to her advantage and get a new husband every few years without sinning?

I think I asked about this in a previous thread but can not easily find it.

I have been trying to research this but the level of academic integrity when it comes to marriage questions almost anywhere but biblical families seems kind of low.

I would like a much more detailed discussion than last time. I would like to get an idea of the arguments from both sides in depth even if someone has to be a devil's advocate metaphorically of course.

Same answer as last time, dude.

That scripture is about a purchased servant.
It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with any other marriage.

To elaborate:

1) The husband is the head of the wife. In your scenario, the man is the servant of the woman. That's not a marriage. It's simply a servant relationship. If they were to do more than that, he'd be taking her as his wife, and would become the head, rendering the entire thing void.

2) It can't work the othe way around either (wife being taken for six years under this servant law and then released), because female servants do not "go out as the menservents do", this law doesn't apply to women.

It's an irrelevant law regarding the relationship between a male servant and his most-probably-male master. Nothing to do with marriage.
