General God demands that everyone be monogamous!

I was thinking about something tonight. God really does require everyone to be monogamous.

Monogamy means "one love".

Woman is absolutely required to be totally monogamous towards her husband, her lord, in submission to The Lord Jesus Christ.

Likewise man is also required to be absolutely monogamous in his submission, love, and obedience to his Lord and Master Jesus Christ.

Nothing less is acceptable. Jesus Christ will be honored in His Church.

That said, men are clearly permitted to have more than one wife.

So, while I'm quite serious, about the Lordship of Jesus Christ, I'm also trolling you brothers a bit in regards to polygyny.😉

I'm so glad to hear you're trolling me. I always wanted to be celibate, and for a minute I thought you were saying I was commanded to marry. You had me worried. So glad you cleared that one up. :cool:
