Hi it's Been along time but I need prayers and support for me and my husband especially long story short he lost his son 2y ago to brain cancer ever since he been so angry and broken he flys off in a rage and it's all ways at me he says he doesn't mean it but iv been so emotional tied and drained I feel I'm alone in this I just need support.
We are setting up a food van that I hope will do ok as it be our only income and keep his mind busy.

Hi Tina, that is a very difficult situation you are dealing with. May I ask how old the son was? I have not lost a child so I can only imagine how heartbreaking this is for your husband. Yes, I think setting up the food van and keeping your minds occupied will be a blessing as you work through the emotional turmoil. Blessings 🙏

Hi Tina, sorry to hear things are so difficult right now. Praying for you and your husband to find healing and a way forward to good things. Praying the Lord will put others near you in your path to help you.

If a pastor or brother on here is able, would your husband be willing to video chat / counsel? Might be a way for empathy and help him to work through things... no shame in men helping men...

He just started 2 weeks ago with a zoom counselor I feel it has helped a bit but still early days but thank you it took along time to convince him to see one.

Thank you so much since moving we have made a couple of friends we live in a small town now in new zealand on Westcoast it has been a good move for both of us on the sea side.

What a rough time you're going through, Tina. I'm so sorry. It's good that your husband is getting counselling. How is his faith in God right now? I think last time we talked you said he was sort of interested in God, did anything come of that?

No nothing has changed unfortunately I'm not even sure if there a church around here I see one but never open I guess they may come every few months or so but I think he never be willing it's strange as when he was a child he use to go to church his mother was a Christian woman all the kids have gone the other direction.

I'm sorry :(. I did google it, and it seems that there is only the one church there, a Catholic one. They have mass Sunday 5pm every 2nd Sunday of the month. So not very regular.
I do believe that a faith in God would help your husband very much. There is joy and peace there than cannot be found elsewhere.
