Rather Large Family

Link claims it's being passed around as a Nigerian family (which they doubt). Look SE Asian to me. Any of you local to that area have an educated guess on the ethnicity?
 
I think that this is a photo that I saw some years ago.
Possibly even on this site?
A doctor and his patients, if my recollection is correct.
 
I agree. Either photoshopped, or some other situation. All pregnant at the same time? And close to the same term? Probably is an IVF thing.
 
Its photoshopped....and poorly I might add. If you look at the man in the pic you can clearly see a light color, im guessing pink, skirt and a pair of legs behind his own. If I can, I'll see if I can track down the original. But I believe it's all pregnant women that were due either the same day or something like that.
