Does anyone have good SMOOTHIE recipes to share here?

Especially healthy and at least some sugarless :?:
 
Well i make several kinds of smoothies... some are all veggie, some are all fruit , some are fruit an veggie mixed. I don't go a crazy as Cecil tho..lol.. I take those and then add protein powder sometimes, Cecil likes to add black strap molasses to his. Sometimes i add wheat germ and or flax seed or flax seed oil.

Banana-Orange-Strawberry Fruit Shake

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 banana, frozen
6 strawberries, frozen
I cup soy milk
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)


Banana-Berry Fruit Smoothie

1/2 pear, cored
1/4 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana, frozen
1 1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup soy milk
1 heaping tbsp. high-quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax oil (optional)


Apricot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 fresh apricot, diced
6 strawberries
1/2 banana
1 1/2 cup water ( can use soy milk instead of water)
1/2 cup soy milk
1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
1 tsp. flax seed oil (optional)

I usually just throw in whatever fruit that I have on hand, with raw milk, coconut oil, cod liver oil (don't tell my kids), and honey.
 
A simple one we do is banana malt.. 3 ripe bananas and a quater cup of malt powder.. We use raw whole milk. If you want to add flax seed, blend well first before adding all the milk.
