Teaching For Young Polygynous Wives

I just registered to this site a few hours ago. Basically my question is, with the world being the way it is today, how and where can young wives in polygyny (my wives)fellowship with other sisters in the faith? It would need to mainly be online, as we're living abroad.

I teach them at home, but I know they feel a tad isolated at times, and I know that me teaching them is not the same as them having good female influences. They are both virgin wives(one is only 19), but they didnt have the best female influences growing up. One had a seventh day adventist upbringing, but much feminist influence.

We like Dr. Gina Murray a lot, and have mostly the same beliefs as her family, but she doesnt seem to offer any fellowship/classes for wives that are easily accesible. I'm cautious about letting them join random womens groups/ministries because I know that 'Christian' women can be very feminist.

You mentioned you're living abroad. Might I ask where?

We're currently in México
Got it. I asked because Hubby, Sis and I are currently looking to move abroad while there are still countries that will accept US passport holders and I was going to ask if you could tell me anything about how hard it is to get permanent residency status.
But Mexico isn't quite far enough away. We're looking for somewhere farther out of reach of the Trumpian Horde (most likely Europe if we can hurry up and get there before they slam their door on what's left of America).

As to the question of finding a place where your womenfolk can fellowship with other polygynous wives, the only thing I can think of (and it's a bit radical) is to move somewhere a little less Roman Catholic. I can say from experience (albeit admittedly out of date; growing up as a missionary's kid was a long time ago), Indonesia and the Philippines are both pretty open about the idea of multiple wives as long as only one of them is legally listed on the marriage certificate.

Sorry, for the delayed response, I have been traveling these last 2 weeks and am just getting back to checking the forum. I would definitely recommend the Ladies chat if the time difference wasn't a problem. You can read about it on the Ladies Only thread, it will be the first pinned post. We do a typing chat on this site the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays and then a video chat the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 7:30 pm EST. It is a good way to start getting to know other ladies who come here and believe, or at least are researching it out, the way you do. They can also make their own accounts labeled FEMALE so they can post and reply on things in the Ladies Only thread or other threads.

Finding community in with a polygyny mindset is certainly an issue for many families. May God direct you to what would work best for your family as you pray for connections. We would love to know your ladies if they desire to engage with us!
