Salvation is act where we give consent to Holy Ghost to become "part of us".
Hmmm... I suspect your description of salvation came the Book of Common Sense because I see there is no Bible reference given.

Salvation is a gift from God where He rescues the sinner from His eternal wrath through the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Romans 5:8-10 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

In the Epistle to the Ephesians, we are told in Ephesians 1:13–14 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. The words you were sealed are from an aorist indicative passive verb indicate the indwelling and sealing work of the Spirit is accomplished by God in the now believing saint. No consent is necessary. Shalom

Do you accept salvation or salvation is imposed upon you?

If you accept, then you are giving consent.

Gifts can be refused.

12Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

God does whatever He wills without asking you (or me) to give consent. The truth of Ephesians 1:13-14 is abundantly clear; the indwelling and sealing work of the Spirit is accomplished by God. If you think you've got big enough balls to defeat God... well, best if you rethink your position before He teaches you otherwise. Cheers

I don't think anyone can defeat Lord in long term.

In short term, all humans are free to sin, grieve Holy Spirit, accuse Lord of evil etcc........

If you need prayer to become saved, then that prayer is consent act.

Nope! You need to believe and repent. Belief is the foundation of your worldview, which in turn will shape your actions. The Prayer itself does not save you. Only faith in Jesus will save you. The prayer is an act of contrition acknowledging what we already believe. I could lead @paterfamilias to say a prayer, and he just might do it in order to get me off his back, but it wouldn't change anything.

You could write this post without accusing me of heresy.

Back to topic. Is salvation voluntary act or not? If yes, then man give consent.

Details of salvation don't matter to question in previous pragraf.

Oh I could accuse you of far worse! Your actions have derailed efforts to get @paterfamilias to see the evidence of the truth which could in fact lead him to believe, and in doing so, you and to a lesser extent @MeganC have been instruments of Satan to keep him shrouded in unbelief!

So you don't inform me and I assume, @MeganC, of your secret plan to convert @paterfamilias and then you accuse me of screwing you secret plan.

From when is reasonable person expected to stay away from other's secret plans?

take the bait

verb

  1. Used other than as an idiom: see take,‎ bait.
  2. To accept something offered, especially secretly or deceptively, to cause some action by the acceptor.

Any fish here today?

Even this thread has gotten derailed.
You don’t need to keep up the stupidity. Just leave it and stop derailing.

It’s easy to start a new thread and take your therapy session elsewhere.

It only emboldens @MemeFan to continue to annoy us all.

Walk away…..
