Availability of Tom Shipley's 2nd book?

Does anyone know if Tom Shipley's 2nd book is still available somewhere?

I finished reading the first book recently. Is the second worth getting?

I followed the link from the Books section of the main website, but it leads to a dead page. I was able to find an older version of the website on archive.org, but I'm hesitant to follow a PayPal link on a dead site.
 
It looks like you can see the whole book (which I recall seeing somewhere is actually still a work in progress) on that site, they also have a 30 day free trial.
