Greetings Everyone,
I just opened an account, but I have been following a few things with my husband. He got an account about 3 years ago. I was very hurt at first when he brought this subject up, he has been patient with me. He shared many resources with me, but importantly he showed me YaHWeH's word and prayed for me. I had to muddle through all the stuff I was taught and my flesh and heart struggles.
I can't say that I have worked it all out, but Proverbs 3:5 says.. Trust in YaHWeH with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
We will be attending the summer retreat in OK, looking forward to meeting those of you who will be attending as well.

We live in MO, we are empty nesters with many fur babies. 5 children and 7 grandchildren.

Blessings,
P

Welcome! So glad you will attend the Summer Retreat. It will be a great time of making new friendships with families that are "close" to you.

Welcome!

Shalom, Shalom!

I am looking forward to getting to know you here on the forum, and our family is planning to attend the Oklahoma retreat.....so real life get to meet you there.

I love your attitude of moving forward in trust. We don't have to work it all out. When we are willing, He helps heal and change our hearts.

I have found the biblical understanding of marriage a blessing..... even if I am always an only wife. :-)

Welcome and I feel the same way! My husband is very involved on the forum and I haven't been, I just decided to get on yesterday and leave a post. I am praying and trusting YHWH - and Proverbs 3:5-6 is perfect! I have decided to trust YHWH instead of living in fear of the future over the poly issue. I will need to keep leaving it in His hands because I know the fears will come up over and over again o_O

Welcome welcome

One of the best things about the Bib Fam community is that EVERYONE, men and women alike have had to go through all kinds of changes, and people "get it" when you are struggling. You don't have to go through this alone, m'dear! See you in OK...
