Some of you know me, I have not had a large presence on the forums, actually no presence, other than reading what others post until today. I've decided to join and hopefully be able to contribute some love to all these amazing people that are already on here. So for those that don't know me, I met my husband 3.5 years ago and have learned more in these years than the rest of my existence. He at that time had been married for 24 years before I had even come along. I would have to say that getting into plural marriage requires you to evaluate, understand and love yourself and everyone around you more than any other obstacle in life! I have been married for roughly 2 years and believe that God is with me every step of the way, even when it sucks. Currently I am in a really interesting place! Physically I am in Texas, (my husband on the east coast) surrounded by amazing people that love, show me grace and understanding and encourage me on a daily basis. Emotionally I think over the past 2.5 years I have learned to pay attention to my thoughts and make sure that I am leading them in the truth, not the other way around. (Has taken a lot of effort, Amen for a degree in Psychology) Spiritually I am on a high and only want to go higher. I never knew how much of God you can enjoy and that he wants to have a relationship with ME! Previously I thought that God was too busy for me and I shouldn't bother him, how silly to think he is limited! Anyway, I'm excited to share on here with everyone else and hope that in return I can only grow more with the help of others!
