Wow, it's hard to believe that the 2nd Annual Bib Fam Women's conference is only two weeks away, and I am JAZZED! Ergo,I have a request from all you ladies.

Is there is a song that particularly helps you worship our awesome God? If so, please email me at ali@aliturner.com with the details. I can't promise that I'll be able to learn it by then, but I will certainly try.

Sometimes I do feel that we make worship (as far as it pertains to music,) way too much about our personal tastes, and I don't want to do that. Nor am I interested in filling up the "top 40 playlist," I just know, (from having been involved in leading worship for quite awhile,) that there seems to be a season when certain songs seem to attract a particular anointing that help to put earth in the hand of the realm of heaven .

So, any help from you guys would be greatly welcomed, and see you soon! :D

Hello all, haven't had much time to log on lately....hoping to catch the chat here soon! I have an idea that has blessed my family much. Sing, Chant or Speak the Names of God. This year I know my spiritual walk has greatly been strengthen through the use of His Names. There are so many references in the Bible that state the power of using our Father's name.

Here's a few scripture references:
He states that in My Name you shall cast out demons, lay hands on the sick, etc.
David says Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.
Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.
His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be continued as long as the sun: and men shall be blessed in him: all nations shall call him blessed.
The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.

I have sung them, some times only one, such as Abba Abba Abba Abba... or sung them together ... even have sat by myself and sung the last word of Christ "Eli Eli" (My God, My God). This has empowered everyone I know (that has tried it) & I believe this also, assists our cloud of witnesses & helps our calls to the Father.

Wish I was able to make the retreat!

Be the LIGHT!

Thank you, dear. Names are indeed powerful.
