Ok ok it is very unfortunate that this health forum is probably not as active as the rest of forums, considering it goes a month or 2 with no new posts. That is disappointing!!! This is one of my favorite topics...i love anything and everything when it comes to health and fitness! I love eating right, i love exercising (especially how I feel after), and love to share what I do to keep healthy and love to hear what others do! Of all the things in this world that I can't change, the health and wellbeing of my body is one thing that I can change! I have 10 more pounds to lose until I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm working on it!!! But I've accomplished alot, considering I gained like 50 lbs as a result of my pregnancy and was in a size 14! but I'm now in a size 10, but so working on getting back into my size 8 pants that I was in before I got pregnant! I love having friends and family with the same goals of being fit and healthy...it makes staying on track so much easier and can make fitness even fun! So I know I'm new, and becoming very educated as a result of the other forums, but I hope this forum picks up a little, and we share our health and fitness tips together! Because our body is a temple! God gave us one body! take good care of it, cause if you don't no one else will!
