The 'peace be upon them' statement is most telling.

The idea that 'Whether Mr. Obama actually is a Muslim or simply plays one in the presidency may, in the end, be irrelevant. ' is probably right. I very much doubt he is anything, anything mainstream anyway.
 
Whatever he calls himself, if he is not actively promoting God and Christianity then he is against it.
