Hello, my name is Isla, I have 3 sisters that share this account with me. We always try to remember to sign our posts so that you will know who is speaking but we do forget sometimes. We share everything else in our lives and it just makes sense to also share our email and other accounts.
I'm a mom of one son, born October 15, 2024. Three of us gave birth within 24 hours and our prayers to be able to raise them as if they were triplets were answered. I enjoy writing the most so you will hear from me most often but you can be sure that my sisters will read every post that I make and contribute to most of them.
I'm half native American but was raised learning the traditions of our people and feel more of a bond to them than to my Caucasian family. My grandfather taught us to not be bitter about past conflicts and taught us that our ancestors were as much to blame for those conflicts as the US government. He also taught us that we can't blame people today for the behavior of their ancestors. In short, don't feel like I'm going to have a chip on my shoulder. I "married" Jericho in 2020. I handle customer service in our businesses, getting ahead of problems before they surface most of the time. I also assist Talisa with our financial needs and I teach intermediate and advanced female martial arts students.
Jessica was the first wife, born and raised in a coal mining camp in southeast Kentucky. She's the embodiment of what you would expect. A world class cook, her recipes are just like Grandma used to make. She can make clothing, raise a garden, repair her sewing machine and any other homemakers task that you can imagine. She heads up our catering service where we mostly serve traditional southern foods that were grown or raised on our homestead. She's also our housewife, and the others of us help her. She married Jericho in 2018. She is Mom to one son who was born 3 hours before my son. We just learned that she is currently pregnant.
Talisa is my sister, 4 years older but most people think we are twins. She's the face of our businesses. She carries the poise and decorum of our deceased mother and is just as beautiful. She is a financial wizard and handles our bookkeeping and reports her recommendation to Jericho with financial decisions. She is the mother of a 5 year old son and a daughter that was born October 16, 2024. Talisa married Jericho in 2021
Angie or Angalena is a very distant relative of Jessica but because of their tight knit family they never noticed that they weren't first cousins until they were adults. She is a master of the same cooking methods that Jessica has mastered but each has her own strengths and weaknesses. They make an amazing team and our catering business has grown exponentially since Angie joined us, doubling our capabilities to serve clients. She teaches martial arts to children and women at the beginner level. Angie is currently pregnant with her first child and joined our family last summer.
We have recently added more land to our homestead bringing us to just under 350 acres and we can go completely off grid with a flip of a few switches. Our water comes from deep wells and freshwater springs. Our natural gas comes from Wells on our property. Our electricity is produced by solar, wind and water power. We are on grid for Internet services and occasionally we switch over to the grid if we are doing something that is putting a heavy load on our battery banks.
Jericho will introduce himself soon. Ladies are welcome to contact us for fellowship, to learn more about us or any other purposes. Men will need to contact Jericho to learn more about us.
