Job opportunities for men and/or women

We have been blessed with an incredible abundance of work and could really use more help in getting it done.

We need able bodied men with a work ethic and preferably good judgement. I'm posting this here because that combination is less common in our day as compared to a couple of generations ago, and I'm hopeful someone reading this might know of someone willing to work.

We are doing tree service work in central Arizona. We can provide a room if someone is willing to relocate.

We had a young man working recently that quit to take a better paying job. We cannot pay ground labor the 50 dollars an hour he was offered on a well drilling rig, but do try to do right by people working with us.

We could also use a good old fashioned maid servant, but I suspect such a maid is probably rarer then rubies and much harder to find than the rare man that is proud of his ability to get a job done.
Data entry isn't listed as a quality of a proverbs 31 kinda gal, but help canning peaches or taking care of the garden or making cheese would be helpful too....and we are learn by doing kinda folks.

I suspect my job load will lighten up as our sons marry off....and my job load will increase if our lovely oldest daughter gets married first. ;)

I am glad YHWH knows our needs and that my prayers for help and suitable partners for our children are not answered based on the volume of time I can spend praying.

That's about all the time I have to write this "message in a bottle." I am working in my air conditioned office on wheels and have calls to make and a computer to spend time with until the battery dies and I can smile and put it down until I'm home.

@Joleneakamama ... If I weren’t settled in with my roots here in western Washington (career, family, etc)... I’d be there in a heartbeat to work them trees with your man and sons!
I’d GLADLY serve a full 7 years for @Lanora115 ’s hand in marriage! Lol :D

I’ll pray YHWH sends some extra hands to help your family with the work load. A hard working man to help with the trees, and some wives all around for your boys, and your man. lol :p
Or if you wait about another 10 years I’ll send my oldest boy down there to work... and pray he falls in love with one of your daughters! Lol

I know roots are good @rustywest4 I'm not opposed to moving....but it would take an act of God to really make me want to

The prayers are appreciated! We have tried local adds with very poor results. They have usually been a waste of time. Hubby and my bro in law have both spent time with interviews and had men they told to start Monday never show. We suspect they could still collect unemployment and were just applying so they could pretend they tried to get a job.

Any young man that can work with this crew might have what it takes to win a daughter's heart and hand.
They are growing up country girls, and that means they sadly have more practical skills then many a city raised man. They are growing up with brothers too and a very present Dad. We have joked we planned the birth order so each daughter has a two brother security detail. Lol :p:rolleyes:

We are thankful and feel very blessed. It is overwhelming at times in a good way as I see His provision and details coming together over time. It's a bit daunting at times too as I look at everything that needs to be done.
I have liked the idea of a sisterwife for over 18 years.....and the irony is I get what most other women want. A very good man all to myself. :D I'm not complaining....but I laughed through the movie "Multiplicity" and think sometimes a few clones of myself might get more done around here then lil ole me can alone.
I better get to it. The sun hasn't stopped since Joshua was granted a longer day, and I would rather be ready for resting time this evening! :cool:

She would rather not live too distant from family, so is hoping to find someone either local already or willing to live around here.
 
Oh mercy.
This day is crazy. Phone ringing off the hook. Hubby having to work with the crew from being under staffed....and the family processing the second death in a month....the last one to murder.
When it rains it pours they say. :(

I think my son Noah would have worked well with your crew. Alas, he is heading to PA to have a new adventure there.

I am very sorry to hear of this tragedy in your family. Praying for you all.

If only God (or me) had put that same value in my daughters. My eldest is moving to Alaska next month with my only granddaughter. We just visited her for the last time before she leaves last weekend.

Again, you are truly blessed. :)

That is truly tragic. Prayers for the family.

I really think everyone being locked indoors all day is driving people crazy. Then it breaks out and they go riot or kill someone.
 
P.S. I showed your ad to my youngest daughter. It is a long shot but she is seriously considering it. She would be an excellent maid, and she could do the data entry, too. She is a very good worker in high demand.

She was wondering if the maid gets a room, too, or where would she sleep?

Our 'problem' keeping up with work coming in is partly because our crew does a good job, every time, and so every job seems to generate another referal. It's nice to not have an advertising bill, but hard to find good help.

There may be options opening up soon that would let us spread out more.

I know the Lord will provide....just waiting to see how. :)
