Constitution of the United States, Article 1, Section 2: "The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct."

What I get from this is that a head count is to be taken every 10 years. So my questions are:

Do I HAVE to fill out anything above and beyond disclosing the number of individuals living at my location?

If I don't disclose anything further, is it a crime?

If it is a crime, what constitutional authority do they have?

I didn't realize that you hadn't started yet so please don't think I'm putting you on the chopping block. Still though, you'd probably know more about it than I would. Thanks in advance and good luck to you in your job.
