Men vs Women

I laughed so very hard... especially at the last bit.. mainly because i could relate lol

Sorry, not my thing. I dislike profanity when used in almost every sentence so it distracts from the point of the joke for me. I also thought his caveman joke was just stating that men are stupid and women are superior. I don't like that even in joke form. I guess I have raised too many boys not to be sensitive to that. I get the end and how women can twist words around in crazy ways but by then he had lost me. Just me though...

I would of liked it to have more context involving the Bible and God. Because in all reality God and living Godly makes this video even as a joke non void. I am very disappointed that men are increasing on giving away there responsibitie as the Godly men are to be

I'm sorry for the offense I'll refrain from posting as such in the future.

Giving away their responsibilities? You make them sound so valuable. Why would they want them when society and the church has stripped away every single reward and the women say they don't want men to take responsibility?

Once again, society and church has no bases in my mind. What does the Bible say that is the foundation and guide in how a man is suppose to act. Nothing else should dectate how a man should act But God along

Yes, I'm sure the divorce court judge will love that argument.

Once again, that statement is not based in the Bible. It is based upon mental and wordly approach

If a man or woman are following God's word and have built a foundation on him divorce would never happen

I love your principled optimism but unfortunately it's incredibly naive and has the potential to get you into no end of trouble.

What did God do wrong that Israel whored around on Him? Can I do better than the Holy one of Israel?

Yeshua has millions of wives in various stages of rebellion.
I don’t think that we can judge leadership by how a willful person acts, although some brands do way worse than others.

The OP clip is funny, if you can laugh at yourself anyway. I've known plenty of stupid men that couldn't keep it in their pants. What he says isn't flattering to women either; equal opportunity offender. Elements of truth in both. I tend to tune out swearing cause I work and interact with the world. In the world but not of it.

Same here. In my line of work I hear a lot of dirty mouths, and sometimes it is the costumer. Asking a costumer to not swear around me would just be a really good way to lose work. When I hear people using multiple forms of profanity in a single sentence, it just shows they need a larger vocabulary IMHO.

Foxlily, you keep doing you. FWIW, I thought it was pretty funny (finally got to watch it), particularly at the end, and I loved the 'soundtrack'.

For future reference, you might want to add "language alert" or something similar when appropriate just so people aren't caught off guard.

The man in the video is in a leadership role influencing people. His statements did not demonstrate a over abundance of being humble

I’m not sure what you are expecting. The guy is a non-believer who is a comedian. He is crass because unbelievers are dead in trespasses and sins. He made a couple of mildly humorous statements which is why @Foxlily shared it. She didn’t share it because she thinks we need to follow his example. Let it go.

Actually he's a confessing Christian; just a very young one, and by his own admission, not very good one. I don't expect him to bring up God much or talk like a fundie as he's talking to a bar crowd (1 Cor 9:19-23); though mostly he's just young.

His grassroots fame has grown as of late as he got blackballed by the industry when he refused to go along with the transitioning 2 year olds to the opposite sex. He can't even book venues anymore so he talks to sell out crowds in odd places like churches, childrens museums, and wood shops.

I think this is a recent video. I would have a hard time saying, yeah this guy has heard the Gospel and has repented and trusted in Christ for the forgiveness of his sins. It sounds more like Jesus is just a good moral teacher to him, not The Messiah, The Son of God, and Savior. At least that’s what it looks like. He sounds really confused, he sounds like the Ethiopian eunuch, he doesn’t understand. He may be really close but a christian, I’m not so sure.
