When you have had a stressful week, cookie dough makes everything better. My daughter made low carb chocolate chip cookies. Healthy enough to eat for breakfast, but don't taste like health food! These are seriously awesome cookies. She also made low carb battered cod and asparagus tonight. Whoever marries her one day won't have to worry about putting on after honey moon weight, although he may never get to eat much bread products either ever again, Haha, so that may be a painful trade off. Knowing her personality she will educate him on all things healthy and not let him stray.....like ever.
