Hello All

A note too introduce ourselves. We are totally serious students of the book and have traveled the world doing the good work. Digs in the holy Land and much more.
We live in rural Va. and have a small farm raising goats, chickens, herbs and veggies. We are separated from the midst so to speak.
We set gill nets and have wood stove, we try to stay prepared for what ever comes our way. We are avid students of prophesies.
We see a great need arising because of the position of the world now and where it is headed.
many will be homeless and many already are and we believe that families with must help those who are without. homeless mothers and older women MUST be cared for.
that said we have decided to try to do our best to help those in need. We are 2 who believe in the biblical principal of plural marriage and because of our ages we are seeking older women or mothers who need help. maybe even set up a small community on our farm. We pray to be guided in the correct way. much more to be discussed but hopefully this will suffice for now.

Hubby and I are in VA also. We heat with wood, too. It must be a rural thing.

the idea of a farm kibbutz is something that would be great if we can get get it under way before the economy gets much worse,
We are looking forward to attending the retreat in N.C. maybe there we can meet some ppl who will be interested.

Hello Everyone -We are new....

Hello Everyone!

I am so glad to find this site!

We (a large group of friends) have been discussing Polygamy for about 9 years now and coming to many of our own conclusions and have been a bit shocked that we have felt lied to by society and religion about it.

We are all Christians of different protestant denominations and almost all of us have concluded it is for sure not a SIN!

And I am one of the 3 or 4 most passionate now about the truth of a group of over a dozen or so who have been discussing it.

Our group includes several pastors and even a published author who both feel passionate about this and even one got in a bit of trouble over it. LOL

The beginning is when a friend named Vince asked me a great question and I proceeded to look and ask many in my circle it also.

Vince's question was, "Rome where in the Bible does it say Polygamy is a sin?"
That opened A SERIOUS CAN OF WORMS! Wow!

Would love any input, suggestions, and would love to meet some folks also as we havent connected to any sites or groups in all this time until today!

P.s. Are we allowed to leave phone numbers and emails on these posts for direct contact? Also I have been contemplating the possibilities for my family personally and so are one or more of my friends as well.
 
Welcome Rome (and gang)! What a neat story. God is certainly at work everywhere. :) I hope you will find some great relationships here and also grow in your knowledge of plural marriage.

As for leaving numbers and emails, I would recommend that you wait and give them out to those you begin to build relationship with. Giving them out in PM's to certain people would probably be wiser than just out for the general public to see.

I would love to live on such a farm because it is the best place to be during the coming calamities. I live in the country area on Eastern Long Island but I do not have a large farm area. Just a small vegetable garden and some chickens. We have stockpiles of non perishable food, guns, ammo and survival supplies. We are buying sas much precious metals as possible because God gave me a vision about the demise of the dollar. Hope you will visit our web site to find out what the Lord has revealed to us.

The church needs to prepeare right NOW because our nation is going to experience war/famine with terrible violence and chaos throughout the land. It is nice too see that others can see the advantage to a group of ppl working together to follow the word.
I agree that the things that are on the horizon are dire to say the least, our small group has been having dreams of earth changes such as the Haiti and chili
quakes. They are also seeing things coming to this country that are down right frightening, we are praying that things slow down so that all who will, will have the time to be ready. I like your web sight and agree with you . Some times we feel that all have to be warned, but the reality is that only a warning must go out, most will not heed and the times will come upon them and they will say we were not warned. We tried to warn of the quakes but non heeded the words.
