Hi all
I've been anonymous for to long and thought it was about time I said hello.
I visit this site most days and enjoy the honesty of most of the people who make contributions. While I don't always agree with everyone, the honest perspective is almost always thought provoking.
I enjoy when an idea or thought is put out there and other people can challenge it through discussion. The insight we gain from each other with honest discussion is almost always invaluable.
Several years ago I came to know the truth of what a marriage can be ( my wife is truly wonderful ) but like many others before me I set out to prove the plural type of marriage was wrong or outdated. I guess it is easier to be lazy than man up and take responsibility with authority and position Gd gave me. Lol
I thought it would be easy to prove poly as wrong after all it's clearly condemned in the Bible...somewhere..yer right.
I'm sure you all know what the answer to that is.
This has changed my world, I learned a whole bunch of things that blew away my preconceived ideas. Not only about marriage but about church ,Gd and who I should be as a man.
The statement "I was blind but now I see " sums things up quite well.
I have learned not to fear to ask questions. The type of question makes me sit back and think realy hard. It's kinda like Our creator has challenged me on so many different levels. The last few years have been challenging at times but very very rewarding.
If Gd has another wife for me , I would be truly blessed if she was anything like my first love.
She has born me three wonderful children and life is good.
That's probably enough for now.
Richard
