Hello,

We are the Stensaas Family. I am Emily Elizabeth Stensaas and my husband is Bryan. We are new to accepting Plural Marriage. We have two small children a five year old girl and a 7 month old son. We love the Lord and are looking to make connections. We live in Idaho and No we aren't Mormons lol.
 
Welcome Emily and Bryan! I know that there are several members in your area. I, unfortunately am not, but perhaps someday as my family has property in Kamiah....perhaps when I retire. Lol!
There's a lot of stuff to read here and a lot of great folks. You may also be interested in the Tuesday night ladies chat, but I'll leave it to the ladies to fill you in on that.

Suremy husband and I believe in studying the scriptures and looking at things from a through Biblical position. At the time we were in a church and the Pastor condemned the practice in a sermon and I thought we need to study our Bible on it not just tale what the Pastor says as fact. In our studying we found more and more that Polygyny was never a condemned practice in the Word of God. At that point we started praying as to how we would follow God since he revealed the the truth of the practice to us. I found the site a few weeks ago and after much deliberation decided to join.
