Is there a resource that is already been put together that outlines everyone in the bible that has had plural marriage? I know it been talked about here and there on this site but I am interested in printing it off so I can read and understand more on my own..

Same with places in the bible that speaks for plural marriage.

It would be a very valuable thing for people that are new to plural marriage or wanting to explore more to see if its for them or not.

Yes, there is an excellent book (available on-line) that does exactly that.

It is Tom Shipley's Man and Woman in Biblical Law.
