I don't think there necessarily needs to be a centralized controling mafia to implement these things. Its the natural direction of self-interested individuals without trust in in God. The left refers to it as "being on the right side of history", while some on the right (incl. non-Christians) consider it to be cultural "entropy", comparing it to the natural physical laws that isolated systems tend towards disorder over time.

That's not to discount the likely existence of global control mafias, nor the ultimate creation such a system at the end of time. Throughout history, there are countless examples where previous cultures have inevitably become disordered and fragmented, and it sets the stage for a "big man" to come along and unite everyone within his reach: Cyrus the Great, Alexander the Great, Caesar Agustus, Constantine, Charlemange, Genghis Khan, Napoleon, Hitler...

I think man made religion is one important facet of the beast & false prophet coalition. True it boils down to the power of self, apart from God. Talmudic teachings are a glimpse into a culture, Midrashes of the parable's in the old testament/Tanahk the same held by Christian religions, but you were probably meaning the Rabbinical Teachings, Midrashes on the Rabbinical teachings which are also in the Talmud. They are traditions of man. Beliefs not stated in scripture. The Talmudic Teachings pro Messiah but the Rabbinical teachings are not pro Yeshua, they failed to recognize Him the first time He came.
