I would say that most Christian polygynists in our country are afraid to speak out too much - especially in light of the FLDS sagas we often read about.

I agree that this is the wisest way of pursuing marriage of another wife, certainly.

My point was that this article says that they are trying to promote transparency, that makes me think that having secret families is a common practice among this group of people. I don't think I would like it if my husband had a secret like this. I am glad that we live in a place and practice a religion that has respect for women while still understanding that we are different from men.
