• Biblical Families is not a dating website. It is a forum to discuss issues relating to marriage and the Bible, and to offer guidance and support, not to find a wife. Click here for more information.

So, there I was, in Jerusalem....

I ran into an acquaintance and we started catching up and growing our friendship.. he's European, wife, family, Torahkeeper.. he was listing the busy-ness of he and his wife and their ministry. I thought, 'This guy needs a second wife to help him.'

I kid you not, sixty seconds later he turns to me and abruptly blurts out, 'I just want to thank you for your stand on Biblical families on your blog.'

I started laughing and said, 'just 60 seconds ago I was thinking you need a second wife but didn't know how to tell you.'

He doubled over in laughter, we shared a high five and the real bonding and trust relationship began. The Father taught him this several years ago, but he has kept it hidden out of concern... what a cool affirmation to us both for what Abba is doing in our day.

Had to share.

Yes! So glad to hear that. Also, ABBA is clearly doing something in his people. I have run into many more people both online and in person who are keeping Torah and accepting God's structure(s) for family.

Thanks for sharing.
