They are against processed foods, especially sugars.Well...the grains, sweets and nightshades mean I am out.
Love nightshades but the amount of inflammatory response I get from them is worse than alcohol. When I was eating paleo I felt decades older the first couple of hours of the day after a couple months of consuming them in quantity. Absolutely had to cut them out.
Grains and sweets...no thanks. I don't miss them at all. Got several decades longer to live, build and secure the future of my family. Indulgences like that simply are not worth the tradeoff and frankly, I like how I eat now.
If they had more to say after their notions on food then I did not bother. May as well be taking the advice of John Harvey Kellogg. If you know what he was instrumental in doing to the world, then you will get my point when I say that all potential interest I might have simply dissolved.
Save for buying local and fresh naturally...I am all for that part.
thanks for making me aware of them. I’ll check them out.I dont know much other than they seem to be a group founded by a dentist in the 50s which focuses on natural lifestyles.

They are much closer to your diet than I think you realize. The exception might be their promotion of milk, which they advocate be raw.
