They are roughly in their junior year of high school. The Archie comics have been in print since the 30s if I remember correctly. I think their best era was probably in the 50s though. I really like the era when Betty was a low key villain and Veronica was the heroine scheming to steal Archie. Betty makes a pretty good villain.
