No, the site is hosted in the United States and for the UK to enforce this against anyone in the US will require a war.

I'll also add that this feeds fuel to President Trump's assertion that free speech in the UK is dead. I foresee sanctions and consequences coming for the UK and other authoritarian regimes which are arresting political opposition and prosecuting people for speaking out against their government.
