Retreat in Europe?

Speaking of planning: I'd appreciate any pointers that might be given.

Those of you who've been involved in the retreats stateside: How can I get the ball rolling here?
 
We to are in the UK .. scotland we are also interested in the retreat. where and when and how can we help.
i think we can help with the planning as we have done things like this before.. what is is you need to know, If we can answer we will..

Maybe the best way to proceed would be to determine where & when would be best for each of us. We're in Southern Germany; you're in Scotland; alkirich is in Southeast England ... Geogrphically, that's a pretty respectable spread. :)

Timewise for us August would be good, because that's when summer school vacation is.
