Has anyone here ever been accused of being a 'prophet of doom,'' by the terminally-Woke?
I contend that it's hard not to see that so many things are "coming to a head," at this time, from economic collapse, to invasion (not just the non-existent southern US border, but Europe has been largely destroyed), to civil and world war, to the imminent Next Plandemic, and related mRNA-based bio-weapon release. To say that the meltdown is of "Biblical proportions" is an easy case to make.
But I have never claimed to be a prophet. Just to be able to read what they Wrote for us in the Bible.
Which makes the Torah reading this week, Vayeshev, from Genesis chapters 37 through 40, and the first installment in the story of Yosef (Joseph) so relevant. A large part of the story has to do with dreams, and interpretation. And the related haftorah selection from the prophet Amos fills in any gaps.
As is so often the case as a nation and world become so ripe for judgment, the parallels practically "leap off the page."
But it's the bottom line which answers the primary question in this thread:
Once the "lion has roared," and - isn't it obvious? - "who can BUT prophesy" at this point?
