Have you all heard of this social media meltdown concerning a new videogame which places the player in the position of a patriarchal adoptive father role over a young girl?

The political left has proven time and time again that they hate inherent masculine traits, almost as much as they hate the nuclear family and healthy population growth in the west. Positive portrayals of the heterosexual nuclear family are in steep decline. Children are rarely seen in media, with a disturbing uptick in adults acting like children while marketing products typically reserved for kids.

It's as if children and happy families are being erased from popular culture.

This agenda is made even more apparent by the bizarre reactions of feminists and left wing activists to any positive portrayals of normal family dynamics. Specifically, straight white male role models and white fathers are not allowed to enter the picture. If there is any form of family in media, it must be a single mother and "girl boss" raising the children on her own, or, mixed-ethnicity couples. Even then, fatherly influence is largely diminished.

This propaganda rule especially applies to video games where young men are most likely to be exposed. The recent release of the sci-fi action game "Pragmata" has caused a significant stir on social media, triggering the feminist gestapo and enraging them. In response, they have launched a disturbing (and revealing) propaganda campaign to associate the game with "pedophile content".

They instantly project “pedo” whenever they see a kid because they have no kids and can’t imagine a parental relationship. The meltdown is disturbing.

I've never heard of any of this stuff and have no interest in it. I say, let the lefties go mental over whatever they like and destroy themselves doing it.

I don't play videogames but this game sounds charming. And the social media outrage surrounding the premise of the story is the real story here.
 
Not a gamer. Not on social media. I’ll never play the game nor will I ever know of the outrage behind it.

Is it something along the lines of little orphan Annie? Is that play and movie going to get banned next?

I don't actually know much about Annie. My understanding is that the plotline revolves around a man who has to go into a malfunctioning space station on the moon and repair it, but all the robots are malfunctioning and trying to kill him. Then there's a little girl there he finds and protects along the way, developing a paternal bond to her.

She's part of the gameplay. She can hack the robots and save him sometimes (or something like that). So often she will try to stop a robot, fail, and then be apologetic to the man while he is emotionally propping her up and helping her build self esteem. And they both stop along the way frequently and take time to smell the roses while she is playing her own child games and he is entertaining her.

So the main core of it is the idea of fatherhood, and not in a begrudging way.

The jist of the social outrage is that the feminists are all storming loudly about how men can't have paternal instincts and any man who likes this game is a pedophile. As one of the articles recalls, these are the same feminists who defended "Cuties" but hate anything patriarchal or family-oriented.

What would be "Cuties"? Haven't heard of this cultural reference.

What is interesting is that you can count of leftist calling anything natural/good/holy evil.I mean literally. In order to find what sin is, you practically don't even need to read Bible. You find why are leftists having outrage and invert.

Effective Purpose on YouTube has a recent stream on this topic. By the way, he really seems like a good and helpful Christian guy.

He probably isn't with us on poly, but he is calling out a of the nonsense in the Church on gyno-centrism and related issues. I really like his content and would recommend checking it out.

No, not at all. It's the joy of a normal healthy upbringing and stable patriarchy they desire to crush! Happy little girls being raised by strong powerful men who can be humble enough to play games with them on their own level are not acceptable to the modern fems. What kind of little girl she is doesn't matter.

Although I just realized that the adult man who is becoming a provider is the one who looks like a robot. If you watched any of the videos above, we can see he's a normal guy under all that stuff, but I wonder if that dynamic is part of the plotline.

I'm very glad I stopped playing video games. Leaving that behind made me a successful businessman. There's something about false worlds and being lost in a fantasy which is deeply opposite my sober, emotionally grounded, joyful life today.
