1 Timothy 4 "some shall depart from the faith" "Forbidding to marry" Blasphemy!

That is a Leap! You are claiming that you can read the minds of the disciples. You are claiming to know their thoughts. That is not a credible claim.

Verse 2 says that she CAN be released from the law of her husband. The first part of the verse sets it up so that we understand that death is one way that she can be released.

Verse 3 reiterates the point so that we KNOW that the point of these verses is that she is released in the case of death.

These verses do NOT say that there is no other mechanism for her to be released from the law of her husband.

Mat 5:31 “And it has been said, ‘Whoever puts away his wife, let him give her a certificate of divorce.’ Deu_24:1.
Mat 5:32 “But I say to you that whoever puts away his wife, except for the matter of whoring,h makes her commit adultery. And whoever marries a woman who has been put away commits adultery.

Notice that verse 31 says that anyone who is going to put away his wife should also give her a certificate of divorce.
(again, God does not want people put away who are still married)
verse 32 says that whoever marries a woman who is "PUT AWAY" commits adultery.

But, if the woman is released from her husband, then she is freed to go and marry another.

Deu 24:1 When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
Deu 24:2 And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife.

God is consistent and his law does not change!
Its not a leap, its called loving and believing the truth, were clearly told remarriage after divorce and marrying a divorced woman is adultery many times by Yahushua Himself.

You claim the law cannot be changed? Why don't we stone people to death for not keeping the sabbath as were commanded in Numbers 15 32-36? Because the Paul told us not to judge people for how they keep the sabbath.
You accept the changes spoken by Paul that make your life easier, but you deny and turn away from the truth spoken by Yahushua when it makes your life harder or less pleasurable. Repent!

2 Thessalonians 2
10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie,
12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

2 Timothy 4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

I'm not assuming, I believe and love the truth.

12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Luke 16
18 “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced from her husband commits adultery.

Matthew 5
32 But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery.

Matthew 19
4 And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’
5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?
6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
7 They said to Him, “Why then did Moses command to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?”
8 He said to them, “Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. 9 And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.”
10 His disciples said to Him, “If such is the case of the man with his wife, it is better not to marry.”

^ better not to marry since divorce is not allowed.

Mark 10
4 They said, “Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce and send her away.”
5 “It was because your hearts were hard that Moses wrote you this law,” Jesus replied.
6 “But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’
7 ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,
8 and the two will become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two, but one flesh.
9 Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
10 When they were in the house again, the disciples asked Jesus about this.
11 He answered, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.
12 And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.”

^ verse 11
He answered, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.

^ you think it means "put away" so lets pretend to prove you wrong
(“Anyone who "PUTS AWAY his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.)

Why does the man commit adultery if he marries another woman after "PUTTING AWAY" his wife?
^doesn't make any sense

Why do the disciples say its better not to marry if we can still divorce?
^doesn't make any sense

However if you believe and love the truth, these verses make perfect sense. They say its better not to marry because you cant divorce and remarry or marry a divorced woman without commiting adultery.
The issue that you are running into is the ENGLISH translation of these verses.
It is not about the man marrying another, it is the woman that marries another that causes the issue.

When the man puts away his wife, she is STILL his wife. Therefore, he is still her head covering. When she sins through obedience to him, he is the one that bears the sin. Even when Eve sinned, it did not "come into the world" by her but by Adam.

So, in this case, the woman's husband becomes guilty of adultery as her sin is upon his head. She is still his wife! The man committed adultery by proxy.

Really? What does this verse mean if not that?

1 Corinthians 7
12 But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her.
13 And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him.
14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.
15 But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace.
16 For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?
Which verse says that she can divorce her husband?

However if you believe and love the truth, and understand the words that are used, these verses make perfect sense.
Fixed it for you.

You are pretty much repeating things over and over.
The truth has been explained, he that hath an ear, let him hear.

Th
The Word is truth. The Word can not be changed. If you believe an apostle changed or spoke against the “truth,” then you haven’t properly divided the word; or you’re using a bad translation.

“It’s better not to marry.” Obviously, there was a problem going around with men sending away their wives without a certificate. Perhaps, even with un-just cause. Perhaps because they simply wanted to trade the older model for the newer model. Who knows. Yahushua is simply telling them - if you don’t give them a certificate - but instead you simply send them out of your house - you’ve caused them to commit adultery. Why? Because she will likely sleep with another man, and without a certificate she still has a husband.

Now - why wouldn’t a man get a certificate? Probably the same reason a man would avoid it today! It’s expensive getting a certificate. There may of been some financial cost to getting the certificate; just like there is today. Way cheaper verbally telling her, and sending her out of your house.

The Pharisees were asking a question - “can a man divorce for any reason?” They should know better. Yahushua was telling them marriage is supposed to be forever. However, due to sin, a man has a right from the Most High to “righteously” give a certificate of divorce for something “unclean.” Just like the Creator did for his own wife. Man is made in the image of the Most High. He is the ruler and head of his house. But if the reason is unjust - don’t be surprised if the Almighty throws you out of his kingdom for something small as well.

Once the man properly divorces her - she can remarry. Why? Because the Creator of the Universe said so. A faulty translation can’t contradict his word. KJV has errors. All modern ones too. If you build your house on the rock - and believe in his words - pray and seek diligently - the truth surely will set you free from the lies and leaven that religious bondage has over billions of people today.

You preach adultery, repent. Yahushua is Yahuah, The Creator clearly tells us its adultery to remarry after divorce and to marry a divorced woman, but you dont believe Him. Which verse says that she can divorce her husband?
It says shes "not under bondage"
My understanding is if a husband is NOT in the faith AND WONT live with his believing wife shes "not under bondage"
My understanding is that meant she is free to remarry to find someone to care for her. I have not done a in depth study on this specific verse. Am i wrong? iIl admit it if I'm wrong.
What do you think this verse means?

1 Corinthians 7
12 But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her.

Just a quick reminder that we do not debate Torah keeping nor do we allow anyone to either advocate for or against it.

No one has done so yet but this conversation is touching on some issues that could lead there. Suffice it to say @Mr.M that some of your sparring partners feel like they’re fighting with one arm tied behind their back. I’ve been very impressed by their restraint.

Also, I have to admit that I’m flummoxed by this whole conversation. I thought Christ was clear, a certificate of divorce can only be issued for porneia. A man who divorces by either method for any other reason is in sin.
Thanks for letting me know.
I agree divorce is not allowed except for 2 cases, (correct me if I'm wrong)

1. A wife commiting sexual immorality
Matthew 5
32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

2. an unbelieving spouse who ALSO wont live with you.
1 Corinthians 7
15 But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace.

It says shes "not under bondage"
Bondage equates to slavery. She is not his slave.
It does not say that she can divorce him.

Personally, I doubt that hardly any men left their wives over the gospel. Why would a man in that day leave the house that he owns.
More likely he would send her out if she accepted the gospel and he didn’t. And the problem would be if he sent her away without the bill of divorcement. She wouldn’t be able to remarry.

Yahushua is Yahuah, The Creator clearly tells us its adultery to remarry after
No, read your Bible.
Yeshuah is the son of Yahuah.

What is stated in 19:6 is "what God has joined together let no man separate". BUT, God provided divorce in his law. So, when a divorce is completed, he does not see them as joined together.

The question being posed to him was originally NOT about divorce but about putting away. IE. "Separation" !! So, if they are STILL married, no one should cause them to be separated or PUT AWAY. What God is REALLY saying is this, if you are married to a woman, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HER! Do not put her away. Do not separate from her. You are her headship and provider and protection. While married, you OWE her food, clothing, shelter and opportunities for babies to come into the picture. How can you provide all that while separated from her?

You can't. So, let no man separate what God hath joined together.
Yahushua clearly tells us its divorce that is not allowed. This is why the disciples say "it is better not to marry"
You can put a wife away for years, i don't see why that is not allowed as long as they have food and clothes and shelter. Solomon had over 1,000 wives. If Solomon had sex once a day a wife would have a 3 year period in between sexual relations with Solomon. If Solomon had sex once a week that would be around 21 years a wife would have to wait for sex...

Matthew 19
3 The Pharisees also came to Him, testing Him, and saying to Him, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason?”
4 And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,
5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?

7 They said to Him, “Why then did Moses command to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?”

A man would leave his own home if his wife is being awful because he cant divorce his flesh and he has to provide for her unless he denies the faith.

Proverbs 21
9 "It is better to live on a corner of a roof than in a house shared with a contentious woman".
Because divorce is no longer allowed, the disciples say "it is better not to marry."

Also Paul is talking about slaves when he says "likewise" and tells husbands and wives what to do.

1 Peter 2
18 Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh. 19 For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God. 20 But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. 21 To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps. 22 “He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth.” 23 When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly. 24 “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” 25 For “you were like sheep going astray,” but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

1 Peter 3
3 Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, 2 when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear. 3 Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— 4 rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the [a]incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. 5 For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands, 6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.

No, read your Bible.
Yeshuah is the son of Yahuah.
We found the root of the problem, you don't believe in Him. You can only know and say Yahushua is Yahuah if your speaking by the Ruach ha-Kodesh. Praise Yahuah for exposing your unbelief so you don't lead others into Adultery, HalleluYah! Repent brother and love the truth. Remarriage after divorce is Adultery. Marrying a divorced woman is Adultery, Repent. Yahushua is Yahuah.

2 Timothy 4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

You must like wasting bandwidth because you are literally on repeat.

If you think that putting away a woman simply means to not have sex with her then you really need to study more. Putting away a woman is kicking her out of your house. It is written thus everywhere from the front of the book to the back of the book...

I'm saying what our creator said when he became flesh, whom you have said is Not our creator! He has exposed your unbelief so you don't lead people into adultery, HalleluYah!

1 Corinthians 12
3 Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Ruach ha-Kodesh says, “Yahushua be cursed,” and no one can say, "Yahushua is Yahuah" except by the Ruach ha-Kodesh.

All who have ears to hear, Yahushua is Yahuah. Steve denies this, the argument is over because Steve does not believe Yahushua is our creator. Remarriage after divorce is adultery and marrying a divorced woman is adultery.

I will not continue going back and forth with you until you accept that Yahushua is our creator. Repent for your unbelief!

John 1
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
He never said he was not our creator. You are putting words into his mouth. Stop with the holier than thou bit... You are being tiresome.

A man would leave his own home if his wife is being awful because he cant divorce his flesh and he has to provide for her unless he denies the faith.
No
They knew that they could divorce.
