California Proposition 3 passed. Could be a path to legal plural marriage

Strange. I have just watched video claiming Nazism is Odin worship.

The Nazis borrowed a lot from a lot of sources. Their politics were socialist, their pomp and circumstance borrowed from Rome, their religious views were schizoid.

The fact remains that they got cuddly with the Muslims because of their mutual hatred for Jews and the West. Which is why Putin is cuddly with them.

Nazis only didn't like Jews. And Putin used to like West.

So one of the things on the ballot in California was Proposition 3, which passed on November 5. So the law will into effect next year.

It is my understanding this is an amendment to the state constitution and removed the legal wording defining marriage as “One man and One woman” and replaces it with that everybody has a “fundamental right to marriage”.

I am reading some articles that this could be interpreted to allow polygamous full legal marriage between more two people. The new wording does not specify or restrict how many people may enter into marriage, nor does it address what the genders of those persons marrying is. This is very interesting and I will be watching closely how it plays out after it becomes law.
California Proposition 3 (2024) and the Future of Polygynist Marriages

What Proposition 3 Does
Proposition 3 amends the California Constitution by removing the prior definition of marriage as “only between a man and a woman” (a restriction established by Proposition 8 in 2008).

It replaces that with broad, gender- and number-neutral language stating that marriage is a “fundamental right”.

Crucially, the text of Proposition 3 does not specify how many people can marry, nor does it restrict the genders involved.

This means the constitutional language no longer prohibits plural marriages explicitly, opening a possible legal door for polygynous unions.

Why Plural Marriage Is Not Yet Legal
Despite the constitutional amendment, California state statutes still define marriage as a union between two persons only.

Polygamous or plural marriages remain illegal under laws such as Penal Code § 281 (bigamy statute), which carries criminal penalties.

Proposition 3 did not directly repeal these statutes—it simply removed constitutional language that mandated a “one man, one woman” definition.

So, while plural marriages can't be legally performed or recognized now, the existing two-person restriction is arguably vulnerable to constitutional challenges under the new marriage right language.

What the Law Enables for Future Possibilities
The new constitutional language gives plural marriage advocates and families a rare legal foundation to challenge the state’s current two-person limit on marriage licenses.

These challengers can argue that limiting marriage to two people violates the fundamental right to marry protected by Proposition 3.

Courts will then need to weigh whether the state’s interest in restricting marriage to two persons can override the new constitutionally guaranteed right.

This sets the stage for potentially historic court decisions or legislative action to legalize and recognize polygynous marriages in California.

What We Must Do to Enable Our Right to Polygynous Marriage
Pursue Legal Challenges: Faithful plural households can seek to marry multiple spouses, and when denied, file lawsuits invoking the constitutional right to marry, seeking to overturn bigamy laws.

Engage Legislative Advocacy: Work with lawmakers to amend statutes to align with the constitutional amendment, explicitly allowing plural marriage licenses.

Educate and Raise Awareness: Share biblical and community testimony showing polygyny’s rightful place in God’s order and its positive role in family and society.

Build Coalitions: Partner with civil liberties groups focused on marriage equality and religious freedom to broaden support.

Endure Opposition Wisely: Use this legal window God has allowed—even though born of secular motives—to rebuild covenant families and restore Godly order.

Using Ungodly Laws for Godly Purposes
Although Proposition 3 was enacted through secular and ungodly political processes not designed to honor G‑d’s ways, as Scripture teaches:

“You meant to harm me, but G‑d meant it for good, to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” (Genesis 50:20)

We can use this opening—the "wickedness" of the world—to glorify G‑d by advancing His righteous kingdom plan:

God built His covenant people through polygyny (e.g., Abraham, Jacob, David), and He regulates it in Torah law, never condemning it (Exodus 21:10; Deuteronomy 21:15–17).

The new law can become a platform to restore biblical marriage structures, multiply righteous households, and prepare a God-fearing generation to build His Kingdom.

Scripture commands faithfulness in family and covenant leadership—this is an opportunity to reclaim headship and multiply godly seed.

Brothers and sisters,

Let me speak plainly: G‑d (אֱלֹהִים – Elohim) can and will use anything — even the wicked systems of this world — to accomplish His purpose. We’ve seen it before, and we’re seeing it again.

G‑d Uses the Wicked to Fulfill His Plans
📖 In Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 10:5, He calls Assyria the “rod of My anger” – even though they were godless. G‑d used them as His tool to discipline His people.

📖 In Habakkuk 1:6, G‑d raises up Babylon — a ruthless nation — not because they were holy, but because He had a bigger plan that needed them in it.

📖 In Romans 9:17, it says plainly in Greek:
“Ἐξεγείρω σε εἰς αὐτὸ τοῦτο” — “I raised you up for this very purpose,” speaking of Pharaoh, a man who hated G‑d. Yet G‑d used even him to show His power and make His Name known.

So yes — G‑d is sovereign. And He’ll even use a crooked government to build something righteous in the end.

California’s Law Opened a Door
They didn’t mean to serve Him. But they did.

By passing Proposition 3, California erased the man-woman definition of marriage from their constitution. Now marriage is called a “fundamental right” — no gender mentioned… and no limit on how many people. That means the old 1-man-1-woman definition is gone — and the law doesn’t say marriage must be two people anymore.

They did this for their own lawless reasons.

But what does B'reishit (Genesis) teach us?

Avraham had more than one wife.

Ya’akov (Jacob) had four wives — and through them G‑d formed the Twelve Tribes.

Moshe (Moses) himself came from a line with multiple wives.

G‑d never called polygyny sin. He regulated it — He blessed it — He built a nation on it.

📖 Shemot (Exodus) 21:10 says:
“If he takes another wife, he shall not reduce her food, clothing, or marital rights.”
That’s not a punishment — that’s a law for how to do it right.

So now, through this legal loophole opened by people who don’t even believe in Torah, we can begin to restore what is written. Think of it like this:

“You meant it for evil, but G‑d meant it for good.” – Bereishit (Genesis) 50:20

Same as with Yosef in Egypt. Same as with Pharaoh in Moshe’s time. Same as now in California.

What We Can Do
Right now, plural marriage is still not legally recognized. California law still limits marriage licenses to two people. But that law now contradicts the state constitution.

Here’s how we move forward:

Challenge that two-person limit in court using the new constitutional language.

Show them that torah-based polygyny is righteous, responsible, and holy.

Build strong, lawful, covenantal households. Many wives. Many children. Many leaders.

Their system cracked open the door. It’s our job to step through it — not to mix with their sin, but to reclaim what marriage was always intended to be.

Scripturally Real
📖 G‑d used Pharaoh to make His Name known.
📖 G‑d brought Israel out of Egypt with Egypt’s riches.
📖 G‑d uses Babylon so we will turn back to Him.

Let’s use California’s choices — their rebellion — to return to covenant. Not to follow their ways, but to use their tools to restore His order.

“The stone the builders neglected has become the cornerstone.” – Tehillim (Psalm) 118:22

Let’s make G‑dly polygynous marriage our cornerstone again.

Let this be written. Let it be spoken. Let it be lived.
We will turn this broken world into a household of righteousness.

There's a rationale - Scriptural, explicitly - to "come out of her, My people..." so that we don't participate in her sins.

I doubt polygamy would be winning message in California. Not for progressive elites running state. However, polyamory would be more acceptable.

It may be prudent to speak in terms familiar to the multitude—not to affirm the doctrines of another party, but to communicate truth in a language they recognize. Just as the Apostle Paul became ‘all things to all people, that by all means [he] might save some’ (1 Corinthians 9:22), we might adopt certain phrases or motifs that resonate broadly, not to promote another agenda, but to present a righteous cause in a way that compels hearts and moves consciences. Though the message remains distinct and faithful, its form might reflect the language of the age, that we might win a hearing among those otherwise closed to it.

Polyamory includes relationships with multiple men.

Thanks to equality there won't be principle forbidding additional men for women.

The world is evil, but its what we do with it that counts. Also, in a timeless very soon women won't have enough men so 7 will grab ahold of one Man saying Take away our reproach so we can be called by your name.

I don’t think the goal would be for either side to accept each other’s viewpoint. I think the only advantage would be for legal protections for all involved.

The easiest route would be to just establish domestic partnerships for everyone. I personally would be wary of entangling myself with Big Brother, but some may find legal protections alluring.

It sure worked for bribing the 501c(3) 'church' (from liability protection to tax-free bennies.)
Un-Holy union. That church and state system. 'State-sponsored' churches everywhere - designed to spiritually dis-arm and lead many astray.

Let's say the current pope changes his mind on polygyny, and makes a surprise announcement. Does anyone here think he'd remain alive for long? IMO - he would be a dead man walking right after that announcement, and they'll probably release some Epstein files on him to dis-credit him.

Isaiah 8:20
To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

2nd Esdras 7:20 KJV (Removed later)
For there be many that perish in this life, because they despise the law of God that is set before them.

Any believer in Messiah preaching against the perfect Torah of YAH? They are on the wide path to destruction.

Proverbs 4:2
For I gave you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah.
