You can't literally because learning requires changes in long term memory by definition. Dead person can't make required changes.

The rest of one’s life is as long term as it gets.
They will know why they are taking their last breath, and when they are standing in front of the throne of judgement they will be very aware of why their life was cut short. And they will have eternity to contemplate it.

Most of us here are not concerned with rehabilitation. This idea that you can rehabilitate one criminal overlooks the fact that in the process of doing so, you breed hundreds of others who see the outcome for the criminal you rehabilitated wasn't so dire, and as such, have no compulsion to refrain from committing the same crimes.
