Job opportunities for men and/or women

The funeral was this past sunday. We are all talking more with family as it has caused all to draw closer.

Still could use some good help.
This man of mine can sure sell work!!

He just got three more jobs today!! 100% of what he bid on. :)

He is often under the other companies' prices. (Note I didn't call them competition ;))

What I think really sells the work is the happy people referring us. When you pay to advertise you are telling people about your company. What your customers say about you carries FAR more weight then what you say about yourself.
Zero bad reviews on work done means everyone is saying good things.
Add in an honest and straight forward manner, and taking the time to talk to people, and you get less time wasted because someone underbid you by a bit. He's not always the low bid, but we are ALWAYS the best job possible. :D

Selfish unregennerated man is evil, pure and simple. He was going to church but didn't believe in a God that cared about people in a personal way. I would say the most important quality to look for in a mate is a circumsized heart. If you are willing to sacrifice comfort, time or anything else to do right, it reveals more about the substance of your faith then any amount of words can convey.
We are to present ourselves living sacrifices...die to self. This guy is being investigated for at least one other murder. Killing someone homeless is pretty low. Hopefully he repents before he dies.

I'm sorry to hear of your ongoing troubles. Although too much business is a good problem to have, esp. these days.
 
Not complaining. Hopefully will be able to scale work back just a bit soon. We have projects at home that need to get done.

Hubby has been having fun with the sawmill lately. He gets another load of logs to mill tomorrow. 1x6 for indoor wall covering and 2x6 for rebuilding the barn.

Our crew gets referred a lot. It seems young hard working caucasians are not all that common these days.

The wood is nice, and getting paid to remove the trees makes it even nicer.

Now to find time to actually use it in the house! :)

That sounds like a pain!
These guys do whatever they must...but that doesn't mean they like it!

You tube tutorials are great! You can find one for about anything from car repairs to music lessons.
 
New plan. Three of our guys have head colds today. Work is called off until Monday. Then hubby gets his new load of logs. We might work between now and then at turning sheep into freezer pets.

I made some calls today. More rescheduling calls to make tomorrow....along with some chicken soup!

Has he gotten into finding uses for the wood chips? Many great uses, especially on a farm.
 
We use them a lot keeping the animals dry in winter, or in the garden.
Once broken down it is good in the soil, but they help hold in moisture used on top and help hold weeds down too!

We are doing tree service work in central Arizona. We can provide a room if someone is willing to relocate.

We had a young man working recently that quit to take a better paying job. We cannot pay ground labor the 50 dollars an hour he was offered on a well drilling rig, but do try to do right by people working with us.

We could also use a good old fashioned maid servant, but I suspect such a maid is probably rarer then rubies and much harder to find than the rare man that is proud of his ability to get a job done.
Data entry isn't listed as a quality of a proverbs 31 kinda gal, but help canning peaches or taking care of the garden or making cheese would be helpful too....and we are learn by doing kinda folks.

I suspect my job load will lighten up as our sons marry off....and my job load will increase if our lovely oldest daughter gets married first. ;)

I am glad YHWH knows our needs and that my prayers for help and suitable partners for our children are not answered based on the volume of time I can spend praying.

That's about all the time I have to write this "message in a bottle." I am working in my air conditioned office on wheels and have calls to make and a computer to spend time with until the battery dies and I can smile and put it down until I'm home.

Not sure how to private message but I’m done with California I have been helping tree cutters here with mulch disposal and started permaculture farming which was allowed 12 years ago and is not now I’m a computer tech and beekeeper my wife Starr is a transcriber for Dr offices and Beatrice take care of the boys my niece helps me with farmer markets we grow own food California so left wing they fine me if I don’t get permits for chickens over 25 rabbits over 5 and all my plant beds done with tree branches and slash have to be torn out and all the mulch needs to be hauled off to dump and the ground scraped bare they now want me to move 60 hives were done with California looking to relocate 9092896112 Don and Starr and Beatrice and my two twins Paul and Peter age 10
 
I saw a story where the California education department underestimated the amount of student loss by over 7 times across homeschool, public and private. They blamed lower birthrates (legitimate causation) and fear of immigrant raids (less legitimate). California flight wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Newsom has overseen a titanic level disaster.

And if Newsom becomes president, we will need to redefine titanic.

I said we because EU will be able to continue with more socialism. Currently Trump is stopping them.
