Not new as such

I have been a member for several years but don't recall having ever posted much. Those who migrated here from a now defunct polygamy discussion site where I posted regularly under the name Noblequest may remember me. This is not my first rodeo by a wide margin .

What was the defunct site? How long ago and why did it defunct?

I understand that there are regular gatherings and look forward with interest to learning more about them as I have always had an ideal vision in my minds eye of what sort of plural families gatherings I would like to organize myself.

I would say that the retreats are the primary ministry of BF and this forum is just an addition to that. The retreats are always a real blessing to attend and are also a lot of fun. Highly recommended if you can make one. There are usually several every year spread out around the country.

Welcome.

Thanks for all of the warm replies. I have been told that I should probably mention an important aspect of an introduction on a polygamy site, that I am the head of a practicing plural family with two wives at this time. In fact one of them spends a fair amount of time on here. So if on occasion I do begin to preach on the topic a bit, it will be from a position of some experience. Can not recommend it enough in fact.

You wouldn't be Joshua of the Speaking of Polygamy Blog (https://speakingofpolygamy.com/) would you?

OK, I looked at your profile page. You wouldn't happen to be Rastafarian, would you? Just curious.
