Not just that: as a hammer against God's design. It's just another outcrop of the same spirit that wants to force doctors to perform abortions or businesses to promote homosexuality. Feminism hates the way genders are designed. Male OR female. Better to silence any who disagree than allow freedom...
 
This should be real interesting. If they try to push this through I think it will likely backfire on them.
 
In order to challenge the constitutionality of a law, you must first be charged with that law and then appeal it. You must have "standing".
With Utah being only a fine, it's probably now the least risky state to challenge the law in.
There is a chance Obergefell would apply to bigamy laws. No one has tried it yet.
