Solomon The Wisest Man To Live

You make me laugh.
(Suggesting Solomon ,arguably the wisest man that lived and had 700 wives and 300 concubines ,was stupid in love life)
And this suggestion comes from you a man with how many wives and concubines?
I beginning to think you are psychologically projecting and trolling yourself.
Any yet that same man has gone from being favored by Lord to opposite status.

So he has gone from wise to unwise. So maybe he big some stupid stuff like worshipping foreign gods to favor some wife?

He was also in violation for accumulating too much wealth. I don't think the verse is implying that wealth is wrong though. I think it's a special case for kings.

It really makes me wonder why Solomon was known for his wisdom. For being the wisest person of all time, he sure did make a lot of foolish decisions.

I'm pretty firm in my view that Solomon is known as the wisest man who ever lived because he had everything, more than everything he needed by far, and he blew it. The title isn't given to him for being the grandest king of Israel, it's because he nuked his own kingdom by being foolish.

The Ecclesiastes were written after his fall from grace and the destruction of God's temporal chosen nation at his hand. He was wise by learning through failure. Epic, tragic failure.

You are making exact opposite claim.

-- Solomon is known as the wisest man who ever lived because he did something stupid.
