General Advice for woman who has left father of children due to living conditions?

Is there anything the mother or father of this woman should do to encourage the parents to take the mold seriously? It is hard to see your daughter in poor health due to their negligence. It can lead to organ failure, and she is pregnant.

This isn’t about the mold. This young mother is expecting her second child and she wants her own space. If the mold were in her own home she’d fix it.
