Melissa has also of late gotten onto the exercise and eating better kick. She has made it more of a lifestyle change, so I believe that is will work long term. We have already seen the difference. I did this years ago and it has held up long term, though of late I have not been doing the regular exercise routine, but I still walk quite a bit. I have found that incorporating activity into my daily routine rather than a specific exercise program works pretty well for me, though I may try to get back to organized exercise if I am able. Eating whatever I want in moderation is what has worked for me over the years as far as the food part goes. I know I could be in better shape, but I prefer to spend my spare time working out my spiritual muscles. :D
