Exactly, I loved the old Star Trek crew, unfortunately it was full of global communist propaganda like "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few".
I was disillusioned by the blatant propaganda. Lol
Another is, in the future we don't need cash or property. WEF "You will own nothing and will be happy". Reality would be, we (global power stakeholders) will own everything including you and we will be really happy. Lol

Star Trek's universe was a tad schizophrenic. They had a one-world government on Earth that was a member of the galactic equivalent of a supranational state which dictated travel between planets, styles of governance, and etc. yet they didn't have money that could be taxed? Right.

This last bit was rectified in Deep Space Nine which in some ways went far to the right with the concept of gold pressed latinum which served as the medium of exchange when one was buying goods that were not approved by the Federation.

They occasionally admitted to the shortcomings of a currency-free society especially when doing business with societies that used currency.

As I understood it the Star Trek society had come to the point where currency was no longer meaningful. Yes they cited lofty notions about how superior they were but in the details it was things like the prevalence of replicators that people could use for their needs that arguably obviated currency. Yet there were still people with businesses like Commander Sisko's father who ran a restaurant. How did he acquire non-replicated provisions? Who went to sea for fish when they were not getting paid for their labor? Who did the farming? It didn't make sense so I consider their society to be the product of fantasy and I allow it as a backdrop to their fictional stories as opposed to something I need to contemplate as if it were real.

It's just entertainment.

Yes it was just fun entertainment, I agree, didn't recognize the communistic propaganda when I was much younger, but later did and pretty much stopped watching much of the science fiction I loved, along with other programs, same with porn too, for other obvious reasons, now with plural is much more organic, realistic and productive. Lol
I still think the old Startreck crew was the best, no beastie social worker onboard nor too much transhumanism. Good drama and a cool captain who actually was very attracted to women, even the alien ones, my same problem. Lol They did a great show with less special effects.

Imagine another star trek called firmament trekking, flat earth version, passing from firmament to firmament and the related other theoretical continents and peoples. That would be different sci-fi. I don't think it's been made in a show? Wonder why, it would be a new generation of entertainment. Wouldn't be sacrilegious to globalism since is just entertaining. Would it be allowed? Silly thought lol

Most movies are made because someone thinks they make money out of it. If someone thought they were going to be making money, they'd probably make it.

You have pretty great knowledge of space sci-fi, commendable, I only know parts of it. Some of my best friends know their sci-fi stuff too.
My new entertainment is life in general, new family stuff, examination of pinky and brain world domination / human depopulation, social engineering agendas in this world and the exploration / settlement in deeper south. Lol
So, I do still enjoy a good sci-fi movie, but now kind of live my own. If we live it, is it still considered sci-fi?

because for a wide range of reasons I am convinced that "aliens" will be part of the end-time deception - and that deception will most likely be that beings who appear as "aliens" turn up and claim to have created life on earth, all the religions have got things a bit messed up but ultimately refer in one way or another back to the "aliens", so the aliens are God.

I wonder if demonic or fallen angel type creatures can present themselves as "aliens" in order to fool human kind. We know they can inhabit humans and present themselves in human form, I wonder if they can present themselves in other forms.

Yes, I believe that is actually what is behind many alien encounters. They only make sense in a Biblical worldview if they are spiritual - and they make a whole lot of sense when that is considered.

Demons desire to inhabit the body of another being, whether humans or animals. Maybe they’ve figured out how to manipulate or “create” other body forms to inhabit.

It's been kind of comical with the military denying that they have any UFO evidence and then refusing to hand over that same evidence to Congress based on national security reasons...instead of simply repeating their denial that it exists. Liars are so stupid sometimes.

The alien/ufo agenda has been getting pushed a bit harder lately. There was a man whose name was Wernher von Braun. He worked at NASA and was known as the 'father of space travel.' This is his tombstone today:



If you look up Psalms 19:1 it says the following:
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the "firmament" shows His handiwork.

Allegedly - Von Braun warned someone about the future plans the controllers of the earth have. First it was going to be the Russians. Then it's going to be terrorists (this was before 9/11). Then it's going to be 3rd world countries. The card they'll play after that is the "Asteroid threat." After the asteroid threat is the final card. The final card is the UFO threat. Manipulations aside, there is still very real technology that plenty of legitimate people have seen over the years. This needs to be explained. I am loathe to say "aliens" absent any evidence so for now I am assuming an earthly origin for these devices and etc.

I wish for an advanced craft to fly south and north, without all that control and whims of the ones in power. Maybe cloaked when parked to keep neighbors calm. I was once labeled as an alien lol, but that and a few mill gets me an old little kerosene guzzler and still have to submit to control. No oligarch friends to bypass that either.
Would be nice to finally get some advanced technology, instead of just more advanced manipulation.
