Consequences remain to be seen. There is possibility this is actually good.

I'm certain women would like to be married more than men. Yet, they are staying in relationships and having children with men who refuse to be married. Therefore, such women are obeying their men's wishes.

Today's standard marriage is very feminine institution. Dying instituon also.

So patriarchy is back, just in different form.

They serve "another master" - the one who "created" the so-called church, by issuing its corporate charter. They have their reward. No surprise, they were certainly warned.

Edit: Seriously, that may be a good method to fight back against such laws. I obviously don't actually want Muslims getting in trouble for believing the truth about marriage. But neither does the governemnt. So if they introduce a law and instantly it becomes apparent that it is "discriminatory against Muslims", then the law may be deemed flawed and repealed.

From what I've seen most 16 and 17 year olds around the world have better cognitive skills than the current president of the USA. And if he got a second term.... :oops:
