An island in one of the most restrictive Muslim nations in the world, where Bibles are illegal? Might suit the polygamy side of the ministry but in all other respects I can see a few potential problems... :)
 
Better to found private city. Prospero is example, althought currently small.

Use contract to form relationship between city and user*. Use arbitrage for disputes between city and users. We could create our own laws.

*I say user because this isn't usual relationship between government and citizen where government makes rules and citizen has some rights. Here arbitrary rules by government are forbbiden. They can make new laws to give themself new powers.

We could go all out with a used Oil rig platform there is a website that sells them! Not as aesthetically pleasing to look at and island or a NZ polygamy shire. IT does come with a Heli pad, and like the island it also has a feature that may need further explaining. Also says it can support a population of 300 men, we may have to convert some bathrooms....

I don't fully understand the terminology there. Does the highlighted text mean that you can pull up the legs so it's floating like a boat, drive to a different location, then push down the legs and stand up there? So it's basically a self-moveable island? That is neat.

I expect it's crazily expensive since it's moveable and therefore potentially still useful commercially, but I wonder if there are permanent platforms on abandoned oil wells that are sold cheaply as they now have no use whatsoever?

I would assume it is movable or at least sections of the drilling part are. When I used to work at the ports around FL. I've seen tugboats move entire floating crane platforms around, such a site to see. I think there may be some older models that are less mechanical. But they would require a fortune in Maintenance. Could always convert a section to a casino...international waters and what not!

Lots of great 'dream' ideas, but tptb would probably LOVE to get us all in the same place at the same time.... our mission is bigger than self or BF preservation... there's a reason Yah has shown this to people scattered all over... 😉
